Once a tired rental, the loft has been thoughtfully transformed into a refined residence for its long-time owner, now feeling deeply personal, grounded, and warm. Through the use of natural stone, terrazzo tiles, and an organic palette, the interiors exude a quiet sense of luxury and sophistication.
